1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Junk Removal Austin Central (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Junk Removal Austin Central.

2. Services

2.1. Junk Removal Austin Central provides junk removal, hauling, and disposal services in Austin and surrounding areas.

2.2. Our services include but are not limited to 

  1. a) Residential junk removal 
  2. b) Commercial junk removal
  3. c) Construction debris removal 
  4. d) Appliance removal and disposal 
  5. e) Furniture removal
  6. f) Electronic waste disposal 
  7. g) Yard waste removal

 

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

2.4. Our team will make every effort to remove all items as requested, but we may be unable to remove certain items due to safety concerns, legal restrictions, or other limitations.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

3.2. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3.3. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows.

3.4. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

3.5. We strive to be punctual, but due to the nature of our business, arrival times may vary. We’ll provide a 2-hour arrival window and will contact you if we expect any significant delays.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing is based on the volume and type of junk to be removed. We use a fair and transparent pricing model.

4.2. We provide free estimates, but the final price may vary if the actual job differs from the estimate. Any significant changes in price will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

4.3. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.4. We accept the following payment methods: a) Cash b) Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) c) Checks (subject to verification) d) Electronic payments (e.g., PayPal, Venmo)

4.5. A 3% processing fee may be added to credit card transactions.

4.6. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee plus any bank charges incurred by us.

5. Prohibited Items

5.1. We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals
  • Paint
  • Oil and petroleum products
  • Asbestos
  • Medical waste
  • Explosives
  • Radioactive materials
  • Pressurized containers
  • Toxic substances

5.2. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any items we deem hazardous or illegal.

5.3. If prohibited items are discovered after removal has begun, we may cease operations and charge for work completed up to that point.

6. Property Access and Liability

6.1. You must provide clear and safe access to the areas where junk is to be removed. This includes ensuring that pathways are clear of obstacles and that any necessary permissions (e.g., from HOAs or property managers) have been obtained.

6.2. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property that occurs during normal service operations. However, we will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage.

6.3. You warrant that all items to be removed are your property or that you have the legal right to dispose of them. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the removal of items you did not have the right to dispose of.

6.4. If our personnel must enter your home or business, you agree to remove or secure any valuables. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items unrelated to the junk removal service.

7. Recycling and Disposal

7.1. We strive to recycle or donate items when possible. By using our services, you agree that we may dispose of your items in the manner we deem most appropriate and environmentally responsible.

7.2. We partner with local recycling centers, charities, and waste management facilities to ensure proper disposal and minimize landfill impact.

7.3. If you have specific requests for donation or recycling of certain items, please inform us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your wishes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.

8.2. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

8.3. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Junk Removal Austin Central, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

10.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Junk Removal Austin Central and protected by copyright laws.

11.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

12. Customer Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution

12.1. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

12.2. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct negotiation.

12.3. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government action, war, civil unrest, and pandemics.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Junk Removal Austin Central regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
